Never forget that we are all people and no matter the colour of our skin, the language we speak, the money we earn, and the work that we do because we are all people. Nobody wants to feel vulnerable and talk about the bad stuff so it can be easy to assume that that person you see on social media has it all.
Don’t compare yourself to her. You have no idea what’s going on behind the mask. Maybe she cries herself to sleep because she is stressed. Maybe she is having a fight with her closest friend and maybe she is going through a divorce. All of that is none of your business but what is your business is to be kind and loving and get on with the job of being authentically you!
We are all people. We have shared experiences. The moment you start to align yourself with who you really are is where the magic happens.
