29% lower cost per purchase than the account average
Golden Month needed creator-led content to promote its postpartum confinement meals and connect with mothers through an authentic, relatable experience of the product. For a product built around supporting women during postpartum recovery, the creative needed to do more than explain what was included, it needed to make the value of that support feel real.
I created authentic UGC based on the real experience of incorporating Golden Month into postpartum life. The content was designed to build trust through relatable, experience-led storytelling rather than feeling like a traditional product advertisement, while clearly demonstrating where the product fits into a new mother’s everyday routine. Golden Month then used the creative as paid advertising and measured its performance against the wider account.
✅ $53.12 cost per purchase
✅ $74.91 account average cost per purchase
✅ 29% lower cost per purchase than the account average
While the creative had a higher CPM and lower outbound CTR than the account average, the customers it drove converted more efficiently, resulting in a significantly lower acquisition cost.
The takeaway: Great UGC isn’t just about generating cheap views or clicks. It’s about attracting the right customer and turning attention into action.
60 purchases | $11,880 in attributed revenue | 1.72 ROAS
The Fleece Company engaged me on a three-month UGC retainer to create a consistent volume of fresh creative for the brand, with 30 videos delivered each month. The goal was to give the brand a steady pipeline of authentic creator-led content that could be tested across organic and paid channels.
Rather than creating 30 variations of the same product video, I developed content around different customer problems, use cases, hooks and creative angles to give the brand a broad range of assets to test. One of those creatives featured the brand’s $198 muslin blanket and opened with a relatable personal experience: why I had switched from using a fleece blanket. The video was subsequently used as a paid ad.
That single creative became my top-performing video for the brand, generating:
60 purchases
$11,880 in attributed revenue
1.72 ROAS
And this was just one creative within a 30-video-per-month retainer.
Performance data wasn’t available to me for the remaining creatives, so these results reflect this individual ad rather than the entire retainer.
The takeaway: Consistent creative volume gives brands more opportunities to find winning messages, and sometimes one relatable angle is all it takes to become a top performer.
165K+ organic views / 50%+ of campaign sales / Zero ad spend
Launch a publishing client’s book on TikTok using a brand-new account with zero followers, and turn organic content into actual book sales, without relying on paid advertising.
I developed and executed a high-volume TikTok content strategy, publishing three videos per day for one month. Rather than simply promoting the book, I tested different creative angles including authentic recommendations, relatable storytelling and behind-the-scenes content designed to make the book relevant to the target audience. The campaign included multiple creators, allowing the performance of my content to be measured against other UGC within the same launch.
✅ 165K+ organic views across the campaign
✅ 50%+ of total book sales attributed to my content
✅ Outperformed multiple creators participating in the same campaign
✅ Built an engaged audience from zero followers
✅ Achieved results with zero paid ad spen
The biggest win wasn’t simply reach. The content converted attention into sales, demonstrating the impact of creator-led content built around the customer’s reason to buy.
